Our "Test Pass Guarantee"

You get a free second attempt at your driving test

We make every effort to ensure that you are ready for your driving test and our high pass rate reflects this. Occasionaly however, things can go wrong, test nerves take over and silly mistakes can occur on test day.

If you are unsuccessful on your first test attempt after your course with us, we will arrange one other test free of charge. (You will need to take a minimum of 4 more hours training which will be charged at our normal hourly rate). Your instructor will explain the guarantee to you and answer any other questions you may have about the test or training when you do your FREE Intensive Course Assessment

To qualify for the "guarantee" you must accept the instructors advice if in his judgement following the assessment a particular course should be taken, and you must agree to arrange to book a second test date (if unsuccessful at the first attempt) with your instructor within 2 weeks of the first attempt. We will endeavour to find the earliest convenient date for this and you need to accept the instructors advice if a little additional practice or corrective action is required.

Our Pass Guarantee only applies to our intensive courses and you must have agreed to take the most appropriate course suggested by your instructor following your assessment session.
