Intensive Driving Courses Bath & Bristol Areas
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you guarantee that I will pass my driving test?
Obviously not. The DSA examiner decides whether or not you have driven to a suitable standard. We naturally put a lot of effort and experience into giving you the best possible opportunity to pass. If you unfortunately make a silly mistake due to perhaps test nerves for example, we will book a second test for you at no additional cost (check out Our Test Pass Guarantee for more details)
Do I need to pass my theory before booking a course?
No, this is not always necessary. You can reserve your intensive driving course now. You must have passed your Theory Test before we can confirm a Driving Test appointment for you. Providing you work far enough ahead this should not be a problem. The ideal situation is obviously to have your theory done and we can then get on and book your course and test at an earlier date.
How long does a course take and how many hours each day?
-
Intensive driving courses usually are between 5 and 10 days duration,
sometimes with a short break in the middle for the longer courses. We
usually do between 4 and 6 hours per day and naturally take suitable
comfort and refreshment breaks. We can always try to be flexible and
alter to suite your work or school schedule.
What method of payment do you take?
-
Most students pay by credit/debit card or cheque
Do I need to pay a deposit?
-
Yes, we ask for a confirmation deposit of £150 when you make your booking
and the final balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the start of your
course (We will have paid your test fee to DSA when we confirm your course
dates)
What if I need to change the date of my course after booking?
-
Unforeseen problems do sometimes occur. We obviously reserve your intensive
driving course dates to the exclusion of other applicants but we will always
try to be flexible provided you give us reasonable notice. (calling 2 days
before is difficult to accomodate)
